Color shown is not accurate

09 the best
I've worn 09 color for over 15 years. I've tried others but just waste my money. The specific reason is the frost. It stays on , in place and does not feather. I would love for Milano to do more than two frost colors.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Milani
