Great snack for breastfeeding

So good!
Honestly these are really good and addicting. I was worried they were gonna taste like weird protein cookies or something but they actually are really good. I took a chance since it had so many good reviews. I don't know if they help truly but I take it everyday since I was 2 days postpartum. My milk came in 2 days later and honestly I pumped a lot.
