The taste of this lactation cookies are so good that I think I might purchase them even after I am done making milk. If you dare trying them good luck controlling yourself.

I am always slightly hesitant when it comes to any dessert with added vitamins lol, but these are so good. Such a great snack to keep around when feeling a bit nauseous or hungry.

These are my favorite things to boost supply! Could be my sweet tooth playing into how much I love them. I swear these give some pump sessions a full ounce more!

Pros: 270 calories - a filling, tasty snack. Dietary fiber 3g (11% DV), protein 5g, iron 2mg (10% DV). Ingredients to support breast milk production: oats, brewer's yeast, and flax seed. Cons: 17g added sugar/sugar is the fourth ingredient listed. It's a bit more sugar than I would want to consume daily from lactation cookies. I wish these had about half the sugar.
