i’ve been using Mio Energy for a while now and it’s honestly such an easy way to drink more water throughout the day. The flavors are strong but in the best way, so you only really need a small squeeze to make your water taste way better. I have a hard time drinking enough water on the daily so this really helps me drink more! It’s also super convenient to carry around since the bottle is small and doesn’t leak! Yummy to add to your water to meet hydration!
These are awesome, especially if you don't like drinking plain water. You can adjust how much you add to your water so you can customize the flavor level! I love these!
These are absolutely delicious! i love every flavor that MiO makes except for the sweet tea flavor.
