    Miralax miracle

    Well I was having trouble with minor constipation and this were great. This is a powder version. Well you could put in your quarter juice or maybe food. There is no aftertaste. It is very easy to dissolve also, I also put it in my tea as well. So if you're having trouble will constipation I would say try this form. It will not leave you cramping. It just works very naturally with your body.
