this is a powder laxative solution that helps relieve constipation, softens stool, and it works right away for me! This is something that is embarrassing to have on hand at home, but you're grateful to have it when you need it. It dissolves quickly in juice and doesn't have a taste or odor. The packaging makes it easy to measure out the correct dose. The value is great for how many doses you get.
