This is my first review of any product I have purchased like this. Like most if not all, I was looking for a solution that would help relief my sinuses that I’ve been suffering for years. The first 150ml of flushing went quite smooth, I’m thinking this is good as promised. I follow the next part to do a reverse flow, and this is where all credibility go down the drain. Although the saline solution did flush and go back into the bottom chamber, but it’s super slow, I felt my nostril were filling up with water to the point that it might burst and leak out. I had to stop the process three to four times to get to about 200-250ml mark. After that last attempt, I had to blow my nose to push out any water that built up inside like the instruction said after you’re done. So what happened? My left side became stuffed and swollen with minimal air passing through. I had to use nasal spray to relief the pressure that it was building up. Would I ever recommend this product to anyone? Great product and service
I had a problem with my unit and called to ask how to fix it. Apparently it was a problem they've experienced before so offered to send a new unit right away. I couldn't ask for better service. I love this unit. It takes all the congestion from my nasal passages and is so refreshing. Junk. unit failed after a few days,
UNIT INOPERABLE. Its unusable. Out of box FAILURE. I have written in to request assistance. No Reply. Unit failed a few days after receipt. Fails to hold battery charge. Unit is DEFECTIVE. Great product!
I have used everything there is for my sinuses and this product is amazing! The only irrigation system that's been a game changer. I can feel relief instantly.
