Helps sleep.
This product helps you relax and sleep comfortably for hours with no bad results. The cost is excellent. It doesn't give a acid reflux like some medicines do. My son has Schizophrenia, the 3mg has really helped him sleep and because he suffers resless legs through the mefs he is on the 3mg has helpef that too. Does not work
