Was looking to swap to a new brand magnesium. On the back of the bottle it says a serving size is two capsules 100 mg of magnesium total. On the front it says 240 mg per two capsules so which is it? Great brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure the cost of the bottle as I was given a free trial for review. I like that this brand has minimal filler. It's mag glycinate which is the proper form of magnesium. I felt like my sleep was improved at night with the recommended dose with no side effects. Finally Sleeping Better!
