I should have trusted the bad reviews about getting a headache from this. Never had a problem with other normal 10mg melatonin gummies, but this time release version has resulted in bad morning headaches for two days now. Worse on the 2nd day. Waste of money for me

10mg melotonin
There did not work for me at all. I've had a headache for the 4 days I've been taking them. I don't recommend at all. I've taken others and they work just fine but this one I don't recommend it it puts you to sleep but you wake up guaranteed a few hours later and then you're up the rest of the night you also wake up with a headache. I'm bummed I thought all melotonin would work but it doesn't. Fall right to sleep

My husband was having a hard time falling asleep and these were a game changer in helping him sleep through the night. Taste and works amazingly

It just feels like I'm tired enough to fall asleep and wake up with no hangover feeling. I do love that it is time released to help keep me asleep through the night. Packaging is easy to open, but it also includes a childproof cap. Now the taste, it tastes so good!!
