There did not work for me at all. I've had a headache for the 4 days I've been taking them. I don't recommend at all. I've taken others and they work just fine but this one I don't recommend it it puts you to sleep but you wake up guaranteed a few hours later and then you're up the rest of the night you also wake up with a headache. I'm bummed I thought all melotonin would work but it doesn't. Fall right to sleep
