10mg melotonin
There did not work for me at all. I've had a headache for the 4 days I've been taking them. I don't recommend at all. I've taken others and they work just fine but this one I don't recommend it it puts you to sleep but you wake up guaranteed a few hours later and then you're up the rest of the night you also wake up with a headache. I'm bummed I thought all melotonin would work but it doesn't. Fall right to sleep

My husband was having a hard time falling asleep and these were a game changer in helping him sleep through the night. Taste and works amazingly

It just feels like I'm tired enough to fall asleep and wake up with no hangover feeling. I do love that it is time released to help keep me asleep through the night. Packaging is easy to open, but it also includes a childproof cap. Now the taste, it tastes so good!!
