Zero reason for this to contain wheat or gluten and it contains wheat making it totally unusable for celiacs such as myself or anyone with gluten sensitivities or wheat allergies. Perfect for what I was needing!
These were for my extremely ADHD son and they help! He takes one whole one 30 minutes before bed. Did not help me to sleep..
