Helps me sleep alike a baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing I would change if I could about these melatonin gummies, is the mg's. I would have liked to try the 10 Mg ones rather than the 3 mg, but either way, I still got a good idea of what to expect from this product. I also ha My son has always struggled with sleeping. Even as a baby, he did not sleep as much as most babies on average. As a toddler, and even in kindergarten, I had to completely stop all day time napping, just to be able to get him to sleep by Eleven. At that time, he averaged approximately six hours of sleep each night. So I started giving him melatonin, but only occasionally. When I received these gummies, I began giving them to him on a nightly basis, and after about a week, I started to see some improvement in his sleep quality, falling asleep, and staying asleep. The improvement has been small, but it's still progress. When this bottle ran out, I purchased the same product in a higher mg, and have been giving them to my son every night. Thankfully, he is resting a bit better now, so I believe these gummies are effective.
