    Change the time to take the product.

    I had been taking the Fast Dissolve 5mg melatonin for a couple weeks and had difficulty falling asleep. At a doctor's appointment I asked the doctor for another sleep aid recommendation. She asked me what I was taking, and I told her the product I was taking. She asked me how and when I took it and she responded that I should take it and hour before I go to sleep. And I have had more success and better sleep now that I changed the time I take it.

    Do you need to put wheat in this product?

    I was using this product until I realized it contained wheat! I have to be gluten free due to gluten sensitivity so I am sad that I can't take this product! Please consider removing the gluten for those of us who can't have it! PLEASE!
