Actually works this brand
I tried other brands and maybe cause I was being cheap $ …they did nothing for me. This time I decide to try spending more money . I read the good reviews on this and decided to try it. I now fall asleep 30 minutes after taking it and I sleep thru the night. I might wake up for 5 seconds to shift to a different position but….I am back to sleep right away . I used to wake up 7 several times a night and it was harder to go back to sleep. This one is so worth it .
