It’s made with a botanical blend of Tart Cherry, Lemon Balm, and Chamomile. It’s also melatonin-free! You can drink this either hot or cold! Hot is my preferred way!     Good for travel

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are definitely easy and convenient to prepare, with packaging that is made for travel. I didn’t notice any side effects, other than a lingering lemon flavor that was just okay.

    love this!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! The lemon chamomile flavor is super calming. Just the right balance of citrus and floral without tasting artificial. I’ve been drinking it before bed and it really helps me relax and sleep better. So easy to mix and a nice way to end the day!

    Yummy hot or cold!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, this product actually worked and was delicious! I take magnesium every night and pill farm so I was excited that I received this product free for testing purposes. It is a bit pricey, but for good quality ingredients and vitamins I can justify the purchase in the future. My husband and I enjoyed it warm and cold! Taste like iced tea and lemonade mixed! Super refreshing and helped us drift into sleep

    Too sweet

    Amazing drink mix to relax before a stressful day

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this so much and I am doing to tell you why: I am a PhD student, so life gets pretty crazy with deadlines and writing process. This drink mix made my night better, and also the taste is SO good ! Great with natural ingredients and the effectiveness captivated me, I instantly felt better!
