From what I have read about ashwagandha, it takes about three months before you can tell if is helping. I just began my second month. I am not "mellow" yet, but my job is not conducive to the promotion of a state of "mellow." For my first time taking this, I only had has taken 1 and within 30 minutes give or take ive felt thirsty, very spacy in my mind and confused. It didn't last long and when it wore off it was as though ive never taken the supplement at all. Stress in my heart came back but didn't feel tired even though I needed rest. Needs a new design of bottle
