    Good shelf life and no side effects

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't notice a difference in anything while taking this. Maybe I need more time. Easy to swallow and the quality has held for the 2 months Ive had it. I haven't noticed any type of side effects, I'll finish the bottle and then decide. I missed a couple of weeks so I am behind.

    Not a paid advertisement

    I wouldn’t normally leave a review but seeing as ALL the reviews I can see were paid for, I’ll leave an actual honest one. Haven’t noticed anything in particular. I’d like to hope they’re helping but as I can’t afford to take 2 or more/day when they already don’t last a month. So in sum: haven’t noticed anything. My appetite has been entirely based on how busy I am (busy=less hungry, bored=snacking). So even tho I take more Berberine Phytosome tablets when I’m home all day, I can’t stop snacking.

    Works great!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Berberine Phytosome 500mg capsules work great! They really help. No artificial flavors or sweeteners, Gluten free, and no added colors. There is 60 capsules per bottle. They are easy to swallow, good absorption, and don't have a bad taste. It did not take too long to notice changes after starting this Berberine, consistency is key.. The quality is very good.

    Easy supplement

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ease of swallowing these vitamins and the best part there is no after taste. I have not noticed any major change in my health nor any side effect. It usually takes several months to see results, so I will continue to take them to hopefully see some type of improvement.

    Berberine for your health

It helped me curb my appetite and absorbed well that I had to make sure I ate well as it helped me manage my glucose and cortisol levels. I noticed spikes in my energy and mood . Recommend this product but with caution as me personal my blood pressure would drop if I didn't eat enough I'm aware product's affect everyone diff .

    Work ok

    GREAT for SIBO!

It’s all natural and good for heart health too, which I really love. The serving size of 1 capsule per day, with 60 capsules included, is perfect. The bottle is small and the product really works. Loving this Berberine.
