This is a great supplement vitamin.

I tried this product for 2 weeks for my fibromyalgia. I took it with dinner and the effects on my digestive system were terribly painful and disrupted sleep, which made the fibro worse. I won't use the rest of the bottle I have due to this. Conflicting information
It’s not the product that’s poor but rather the “suggested use”. The suggested use for this 100 mg softgel is 1 daily with water and a meal. However, the suggested use for the exact same product in the 200 mg size softgel is TWO daily. TWICE the amount of CoQ10 and twice the dose - 2 softgels daily. Makes zero sense. What’s up with that?
