Made me so sick! I don’t know what’s in this, but the day after I started taking this, I felt sick. My body felt weak and I became numb. I hoped that my body just needed to become acclimated to it so I gave it several days. I woke up dizzy, weak, sick. The left side of my body felt weak and useless. I was nauseous and unbelievably dizzy. I would lie still but the room would spin. I stopped taking them and felt so much better within 2 days. This is extremely disappointing since it was expensive. Stupidly, I purchased two bottles. For reference, I take magnesium, fish oil, ashwaganda and ginger root. I can only imagine that maybe this vitamin did not mesh well with something that I’m taking. It really works!!
I have been using this product for almost 3 years and it has worked amazingly! I am an African American 52 year old woman and dealing with perimenopause. This product has grown and thicken my hair. I stayed consistent in using it. I drink 2 liters of water daily along with Multivitamins, iron, vitamin D3. I definitely recommend this product. Don't allow yourself to run out.
