Taste is not too bad and working over time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have been taking this for a couple of weeks, and I haven't noticed much difference but just a little so far. The ingredients are fine, and the flavor is fine as well, nit the best tasting but still doable. Not a bad choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take gummy for my supplements, this is the first time I got the powder. To be honest, I don’t really like the taste (but I don’t hate it). I mixed it with smoothie/juice/lemonade to make it tasty 😋. Big bottle to make consumers take a look at the bottle- I assume- to explain why big bottle with less powder inside. I’m not sure I can feel the different before and after. Overall, good product for those who hate pills. Not good

Overall effective supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a slightly lower dose than I typically take but I have been taking it for about a month in place of my magnesium chewable. The taste is not bad, just a little chalky, but drinkable. Overall this seemed to be as effective as other brands and forms I used.
