    Allergic Reaction

    Began taking this supplement 2 weeks ago and have had severe hives ever since I began taking them. Started to eliminate possible allergens in my daily life and the hives just keep coming. I have just stopped taking them today in preparation for a trip to the allergist to see if this supplement is the culprit or not. This bottle should have a list of full ingredients with an allergy warning label .

    Thre in one pill

    I take less vitamin pills because there are to other vitamins in this one pill D3 and zinc. And the magnesium complex is better because it has malate in which is good for muscle tension.
