Great addition to daily vitamins

You always get more vitamins VS the other brands. Texture is good and easy to swallow. Not much flavor to report on. They are a little hard to swallow because they are large capsules but not as large as some other vitamins I have had before. Solid vitamin with uniffensive taste

I'll continue taking it because it feels like it could make a difference with prolonged use. I'm not sure ib would buy as 3 tablets only have 31% of magnesium and there are a few fillers although it says no artificial flavors.
