Loved these ! I feel a difference already!

Gross and wasteful

A beginner magnesium supplement

Took before bed like normal but I felt like the sugar in the chew caused me to take longer to fall asleep. Tastes good and convenient to chew instead of taking multiple pills. Shockingly yummy!

I haven't ever tasted vitamins of any kind that taste as yummy as these.
