    Didn’t work for me

    Took one 3 hrs before sleeping. Became queasy, like having a hangover while still drunk. Took a full day to get over. This didn’t work for me.

    I’ve been using this for over 10 years now. I take one every night, usually puts me to sleep with in 20 minutes every time. Tired or not! Love this brand and the dose works best for me. I never wake up drowsy and it usually wakes me up when it wears off 5-6 hours.
