Works great!
Here's what I know to be FACT. Due to an ongoing medical condition, I take several meds in the morning, usually before breakfast. I've noticed, over the years, If I don't include one of these supplements once a day my legs itch. Bad. Cortisone and/or OTC Lidocaine creams last about 20 minutes, at best, then it's back to square one. The naturally produced potassium in bananas (etc.) just doesn't cut it. One of these supplements, once a day, and my legs don't itch all day. That's MY reality I'm not here to recommend this product, necessarily, because everybody is different, but it works great for me.
