Very effective
I find this probiotic to be very effective for my digestive system. I have now completed the transition of changing brands of vitamins and supplements. Not what I expected

Finally, a probiotic that actually works!
I've been using various probiotic brands from natural food stores, and none of them have worked very well for me. This Nature Made product, however, does work!!! I could tell that on day one of taking this product, my body was trying to adjust to it; I had a little digestive discomfort, but that soon went away and within a few days, bowel movements and bloating improved. Finally, a probiotic that actually works! I really hope this formula never changes.
