Great Boost for Your Joints!

While they didn't turn me into a super-flexible yoga master, I have noticed my joints feel a lot less stiff, especially during morning walks. What I like: The capsules are easy to swallow—no giant pills here. They include black pepper extract, which helps your body actually absorb the turmeric. The smell is mild, which is nice since turmeric can sometimes be a bit overpowering. What could be better: It takes a couple of weeks to feel the effects, so you’ll need to be patient. Not my cup of tea

Still on the fence

Affordable and convenient way to get your turmeric

I can't say for sure that it's helped with my joints(I do have arthritis & a bad knee, etc), but I know that there's a lot of positive benefits to taking turmeric. It's so convenient to take it in pill form rather than adding it into smoothies and foods like I was doing previously.
