    Easy to take, no noticeable side effects

    I find NatureMade supplements to be well designed with good sourcing, and I feel as though they are easily absorbed (translation - no smells or colors in my urine afterward). No headaches or weird feeling, either. I take this D3 supplement with NatureMade's K2 supplement to ensure my body better absorbs calcium while taking the D3. Same result: no problems.
