A must supplement for old people
Vitamin E is a must supplement for old people especially when pigmented spots on hands and arms taking Vitamin E can decrease or eliminate those spots. I sometimes take Vitamin E in this way and find it effective. This brand is my favorite and bought it at CVS at discounted price. This product of Natural Made is good quality. On vitamin E line, they have all kinds of dosages, even 400 IU, have serval kinds. But this kind meet my requirements.
