My nails grew longer and stronger within the month I was taking these. I would take them in the morning with my other vitamins. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great packaging easy to open but child proof , vitamins are small , not very sweet , tastes and feels similar to a gummy bear, great tasting . As for its texture it's also gummy bear like . Flavor I'd say it's a mild strawberry w peach hint even though it says strawberry flavor .
