Not as potent as CVS's version.
I was taking a 50 mg tablet twice a day. The Nature Made is only 30mg. Taking 2 in the morning & 1 at night leaves me 10 mg short of my doctors suggested dose.5 months agoNature Made Zinc requires you to take 1 tablet per day. Each tablet provides you with 30 mg of Zinc. If your doctor has recommended a dosage higher than what is printed on the label, it is best to follow the doctor's recommendation.
