And effectiveness keeps you full energy all day. And the size not big you can put it in your purse. . I frequently have been buying these vitamin gummies. Most recently, there was a buy one get one sale, so I left the store with two. You can see from the photos that one is fresh and the other is stale and dry. For a boost, take tablets instead
Delicious gummies but tablets are better absorbed. The results in my lab work did not show improvement while taking these.
