It is a great source for cardiovascular health. A fast and easy way to add to your diet to get that source of vitamins. Packaging was good. Pricing is also not bad. May be a game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Berberine 1000 mg capsules for review. I am constantly looking and researching natural approaches to health so I was excited to try this product. I do not have any heart issues, so I can not attest to the effectiveness in that area. I also am not diabetic so I cannot definitively say of it lowers blood sugar levels. What I liked: The bottle is very practical. It has a flip top lid so it's easier for someone dealing with arthritis. Capsules are nice for ease of use. What I dislike: Capsules are large, as is the norm for capsules. Some may find them difficult to swallow. Suggested usage says to take with a meal. Not quite sure yet

Big Capsule - Not sure they have worked for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited at the opportunity to try these Natures Bounty Berberine Capsules. I have to admit I had a very hard time incorporating these two big capsules in my daily regimen, especially considering you have to take them with food.
