BIOTIN is helpful for women's hair growth for years and it is timeless. Just take one daily for instance hair growth for stronger hair growth which it makes you shiny and healthy. It has not age limit required to take it. Works Great!
I love getting my vitamins at CVS because they always have a buy one get one free promotion. These biotin vitamins are great! They actually do work! I had been using a similar product with no results and switched to Nature Bounty about six months ago. The results are visible. My daughter noticed an improvement to my skin and hair after only using it for 2 months. I now use it daily to keep up with the maintenance of my skin and hair!
