Aid in diminishing effects of hot flashes.
Every time that I think I no longer need this product because my hot flashes have diminished, I am wrong and start taking it again. Unfortunately, I was never able to take these long enough to see if they would help with my menopausal symptoms. Primarily severe hot flashes, insomnia and some mood stuff. Because after only one pill with dinner per instructions I woke the next day with a horrible headache, some mild dizziness/virtigo and nausea. The nausea went away with some toast but the headache stayed with me all day. I googled BC and unfortunately these are possible side effects. My housemate takes this exact same product and has no problems at all and says it has helped her hot flashes. I have tried one other product with BC in it at a lower dose but it didn't seem to be working. But I had no side effects either. So it really depends on the person. I just think 540 mg is too high of a dosage for me. Wish Nature's Bounty made this in a lower dosage.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on naturesbounty.com
