I purchased these for my father. One reason was he was experiencing difficulty falling asleep. And there is good evidence that melatonin can help lower interocular pressure for people with glaucoma, which he has. After he started taking them, his eye pressure was lower than it's been in years. Best melatonin!

Good melatonin for the price
I love these melatonins, they help me get to sleep within 15 minutes of taking one! I like that they are small and easy to swallow. Asleep faster
I don't have got experience with another melatonin trade marks so I can't compare it. But this tablets works effectively: when I nervous and can't asleep for a long time this melatonin helps me fall asleep and stay asleep till morning.
