This product needs to be taken 3 times a day, I only take 2 each day, 1 in the morning and the other at bedtime. I like when I can buy one and get the other for $1. Great value

Works great!
Ran out of my regular brand(NOW Vitamins) and got this while waiting for it to come in and was pleasantly surprised that it worked just as well! Within the 1st dose I immediately felt relief from the unrelenting breast pain and discomfort.
