Never had any stomach issues with these capsules. But beware, it also had a high dose of B12, so no need to supplement B12 separately. Good way to get iron gently
When iron is needed, too high a dosage can lead to stomach upset. This Gentle Iron avoids that while providing needed iron in most cases. like this product.. wish the capsule was smaller
I have very low iron, tried regular iron pills were nice and small.. had stomach problems with this, so I switch to gentle iron much better on my tummy but the pills are large .. I have trouble swallowing them .1 users found this review helpful.
