    Easy to Take and Improves Memory

    I've been using these for years by different brands. However, I've been using this brand for the last few years, and I've been pretty pleased with it. The size of the capsules are regular sized, and they are easy to swallow. They seem to absorb and digest well, too. The recommended dosage is suitable, and I don't experience any issues. I do notice improvement with thinking and focusing. My memory is great while taking this. It's a beneficial supplement to have.

    Better focus and mental clarity

    I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Ginkgo Biloba daily for a few weeks now and I’m noticing a difference in my focus and mental clarity. I feel like I can concentrate longer, and my brain fog has improved, especially in the afternoons when I feel the most tired. I also appreciate that these are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, no weird aftertaste or anything. Definitely a supplement I’ll keep in my daily routine for that extra cognitive support. I need it especially since I have epilepsy! Nature’s Bounty is a trusted brand and I like that their products are made with quality ingredients.
