I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty Magnesium Glycinate, daily, for the last 3 years. It was suggested by my doctor to prevent sporadic cramped/restless legs during the night and within 2 weeks this problem abated. I’ve kept taking them to keep the issues at bay, but also noticed my quality of sleep is a much higher quality while taking - which is also a lovely health benefit. Always talk with your doctor about appropriate dosage for yourself, and I do recommend this product as it has a neutral taste/texture, barely there, and high quality ingredients. Much needed for me

Easy to take

Pills are a bit big

These magnesium glycinate supplements from Nature’s Bounty have some pretty cool ingredients. I love that they are non-gmo, contain no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and no artificial sweeteners. I’m starting to get pretty selective when it comes to ingredients so these were right up my alley. The only downside I see is the pills are a bit larger than I expected. They measure about an inch long which can be a problem for some. Otherwise I think these are pretty good.
