    Much needed for me

    Easy to take

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t necessarily notice a big change or any benefits from taking this. The capsules were easy to swallow and didn’t have a weird aftertaste. There were no downsides to taking it, I just didn’t notice a major difference.

    Pills are a bit big

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these supplements as an incentive for my honest review. These magnesium glycinate supplements from Nature’s Bounty have some pretty cool ingredients. I love that they are non-gmo, contain no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and no artificial sweeteners. I’m starting to get pretty selective when it comes to ingredients so these were right up my alley. The only downside I see is the pills are a bit larger than I expected. They measure about an inch long which can be a problem for some. Otherwise I think these are pretty good. I also love that they are budget friendly.

    Bone support

Since we don't consume certain foods as often some added help is great to obtain the much needed benefits our body needs

    Big capsules

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do I think they work better than other forms of magnesium not really but they seem to work like ones I was taking except the capsules are huge and hard to swallow for me.
