re. 10mg Melatonin. Being unaware, I bought the "cherry flavor" variety. It doesn't smell like cherry at all. Rather --I kid you not-- it smells like pesto (you know, the green pasta sauce). Great reset
Melatonin helps me a lot because sometimes I start falling into a pattern where I fall asleep later and later each day, but then melatonin is the quick reset I need. I don’t use it all the time just to reset myself and it works really well.
