One of the best vitamins!
My husband was told at his age he should be on a vitamin for prostate and urinary health so we got him this saw palmetto made by Natures Bounty. First off he loves its capsules which makes it healthy to break down in the body. They are whole herb and if taken with meats it works better. The price was super affordable when the count is 250 so we dont have to worry every week if he needs more. The long term affect is a healtheir alternative versus your pharmaceutical options. I think it’s helpful to my prostate surgery
