    I have been taking these for years. The pill is somewhat large but not to bad taken with water. They are a soft gel packaging. Good value for the cost.

    Fish oil and bone health

    In 1997 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was treated with chemo and radiation. In 2000 I had a bone scan and was found to have a significant amount of osteoarthritis, possibly a side effect from the chemo and radiation. I asked my doctor what she recommended for osteoarthritis and she recommended taking fish oil every day for the rest of my life. I have followed her advice and 25 years later, I can move better than some of my friends. I believe this is due to my daily regimen of fish oil.
