My mom has used this product for a while but she doesn't observe any improvement after using it. The product is easy to swallow. The packaging makes me buying this. It kinda attractive. They work and don’t cause harsh side effects
The price for the soft gels was a great value for the quality of them. They have make my nails stronger.
