[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been experiencing menopause symptoms for awhile now, so I was excited to try this product. I do think this product might have helped with some of my symptoms (like night sweats), but I feel like I need to use it longer than 30 days to be able to really tell how much of a difference it could make. I would definitely try it again, especially if I could take it for a longer period of time. Two weeks into it I did start to notice the changes. I wasn’t getting hot flashes as much. However it didn’t take them completely. I was able to sleep better.
