I've been using these gummies when I had relaxed hair and now as a natural. Two words, it works. I've noticed my nails have grown. Also, I noticed a difference with my hair. My hair has grown from my previous hair breakage. Keeping my hair
Because of the water in my new apartment, my beautiful long thick hair was falling out at a large amount. Since taking Nature's Bounty, my hair stopped falling out at a large amount. It is still falling out but at about 1/4 of the usual amount. Meets expectationsOut of 5Don’t know yet but concerned about Soy ingredients

Good but there is better…
This formula has 3,000 mcg of biotin. Which isn’t quite enough if your aim is to truly support hair and nails. They have a “Advanced” formula out that has 6,000 mcg. 80 count , 2 pill/ gummie dose. 40 day supply as opposed to this one which is only 3,000 mcg, 60 count and a 3 pill / gummie dosage. Only a 20 day supply and a weaker dose. I have been looking for biotin to help with my nails specifically. This specific product had great reviews.
