My doctor recommended taking B-12 when I told her I have low and planning for baby she said you need to take this and I am vegiterian so I don't get the vitamin b-12 that I need so I start taking this it's perfect small pills it doesn't bother much when I was taking this. Dissolved quickly under the tongue.
Contrary to some of the reviews here, the pill dissolved under the tongue completely in about 2 minutes. Taste is fine. Good stuff
I try to take one pill/day, its methylcobalamin that is easily absorbed under the tongue.
