As with everything we wanted to work right away and right now. It took a couple days, but these Gummies did work.. a lot of what's wrong with our sleep has nothing to do with our serotonin level. It helps to calm your mind and emotionally get your ducks in a row before you try to go to sleep along with these Gummies. Allows good sleep without morning grogginess
I cannot take melatonin in pill form. It does not dissolve quickly enough in my system. So I am always slow and groggy in the morning. I chew this gummy 30 minutes before I go to bed. Brush my teeth and settle in for the night and I just go to sleep.
